     RHI OPENED THE BACK END of her pickup before she pulled herself up into it. “ everyone always says i shouldn’t go on craig’s list ventures on my own, ” she said, looking down at the person she was talking to. she turned toward the tv stand she’d just picked up. “ but do they also offer to come with me? not usually. i can break someone’s nose, should i need to, in a second for a reason. ”

“Well if this isn’t a shame.” Thomas said as he held up his jacket, it was his favorite but after just getting a nasty snag in it causing a rip down the sleeve the man could only look at it sadly. “I never thought I’d have to part with this one, I’ve had it for years and now a tree branch is all it took to ruin it.”

“ Aw, that sucks. I could try salvaging it but I don’t think it’d do much to fully restore it back to it’s original state. ” The blonde offered, saddened over the other’s dismay.

Vivienne was on her way home from work. The sun was just setting, day fading slowly into darkness. It was peaceful, until something nearly tripped her up. An object was abandoned on the pavement, someone must’ve dropped it, it looked valuable. Vivienne picked it up, looked around, and saw someone walking ahead. She called out to them.

“ Sooo, Valentine’s Day is coming up… ” dory began, her and her friend’s surroundings obvious. granny’s diner was decked out in pink and red and hearts, the specials all love and valentine’s-themed. she herself was munching on a soft pink sugar cookie. “ do you have any sort of plans ? a date maybe ? ” her smile grew at the idea of someone being all cutsey and in love for the occasion.
