you keep calling it “yearning” because “attachment issues” sounds less aesthetic

romanticizing the future because the present asks too much of me

the mind really loves making 2 a.m. feel like the perfect time to solve everything

too self-aware to be delusional and too delusional to be normal

people who have hobbies outside of work always seem to have a different kind of glow

sometimes the biggest life upgrade is simply becoming less interested in what strangers think

one of the best feelings is looking around and realizing life is slowly becoming something that younger versions of yourself would’ve dreamed about

being around people who don’t make silence awkward is one of life’s greatest luxuries

nobody talks about how attractive it is when someone is genuinely excited about learning new things

maybe everyone is just hoping someone notices the version of them they never learned how to explain

everyone talks about finding yourself. nobody talks about how often you have to lose yourself first

nothing changes overnight, but one day everything feels different

it’s easy to believe that life is happening somewhere else, to someone else, until a random ordinary day reminds you that this is the life you’ve been waiting to begin
