colt's words are lost on the twins as they barrel down the steps just as driver pulls up. cassidy latches onto his arm & logan stands at his side. for his part , colt grins from the porch , following the twins after a moment. they really seem to like him , & colt doesn't blame them. he's a sweet guy , & he's happy the twins get along so well with him.

at least , he would've before today. today he had a meeting with one of their teachers which , outside of the typical parent-teacher conferences , usually never meant anything good. he wasn't sure if they were in trouble or not just from the email ( & maybe that's his fault for not reading it all the way ) , but colt had a feeling that wasn't the case. still , he walks into the school with some confidence , bright yellow visitor sticker plastered on his shirt as he knocks on the classroom door with a polite smile.

he really hopes this isn't because one ( or both ) of his kids is causing trouble.

he has twins, a boy and a girl. boy's name is logan nathaniel seavers, girl's name is cassidy helena seavers. they are eight years old and colt loves them to death, they truly are his entire world.

logan and cassidy were the result of an ongoing affair colt had that started shortly after he and jody broke up after the events of the fall guy. colt was actually the affair partner to a married producer whose husband divorced her when she got pregnant. her relationship with colt only lasted until the twins were born. this was at the same time that colt's acting career was starting to take off.

for the first three years of raising the twins, colt stepped back from doing stunt work and acting, choosing to focus solely on raising his kids and getting used to being a father.

he tries to keep his children as private as possible, wanting them to get the chance to be normal kids for as long as possible.

logan is the quieter of the twins and looks exactly like colt with blonde hair and blue eyes like his father. although he's shy and quiet, he rather enjoys playing with other people and other kids and is fairly popular among his classmates.

despite him saying that , colt easily bundles the twins in his arms when they run to him. whenever he's gone on long jobs like this , he always misses his kids , & is always happy to see them. with logan & cassidy squirming as he lifts them , colt turns to grin at bailey. he knows his kids are ( typically ) well-behaved little angels , but even they have their moments , especially when he's gone for so long.
