Finally fixed my wardrobe, plus studied the most annoying chapter in my syllabus.

Feeling pretty good now, but work still has to be done. I spent the night at my grandmother's house, enjoyed the company of the many resident cats.

Annotating maps with folklore & evermore playing in the background is a very unique study mood.

My aunt is a geography fanatic, so I had to honour her while studying by making the most extra maps I have ever attempted. Last night I went on a zoom call to teach my friend math, and it left me feeling super happy!

Pictured above is the first wholesome food I’ve eaten from a restaurant in literal years. Excuse the rambling but I live in a “conflict zone” so there are no good eateries whatsoever, and this meal was a frickin’ experience.

Anyway I’ll shut up now. I’m taking a holiday today bc I have a sore throat and also needed to recuperate a bit. Yesterday was hard on me. In the words of one of my mentors; “mondays generally suck”

I’ve been doing nothing but downloading articles this whole week. We’re moving onto the next phase of our research tomorrow, so I need to get all my work done by Saturday (tomorrow)! Luckily, I should be able to get all my work done in the time it needs to be done.

It’s the final countdown! My semester is winding down with just a few weeks left of actual work before finals. I’m lucky in that two of my finals are take home and the other two are easy to study for. Things have been a bit weird the past few weeks but we’re getting through it.
