Rushing my paper on Nicomachean Ethics. Tick tock, 23:59 is closer than you think. Don’t be like me, start now.
Doing my homework and being productive. It is just the best feeling when you look at your planner and everything is done.
While my brother read his book I prepared today my new Planner. I decided to switch back to a pre-planned Planner I used in 8th Grade because I had no fun anymore using my Bullet Journal for school :( But I will still post Monthly Spreads etc. because I have a second Journal I use as a “diary”.
Now that I’m back from vacation I have enough time to prepare and write some cool posts for my studyblr like study tips or a back to school haul and more. So stay tuned!

Some of the stationery I’m going to be using in my second year of uni. The only things I’ve had to buy is the notebooks. I bought the mildliners last year and I bought the stabilo highlighters two years ago and they all still work perfectly. I’ve realised I don’t like writing in A4 notebooks and I saw these dotted notebooks in typo and fell in love. I hope you’re all okay and that life is treating you kindly. Good luck to anyone else getting ready to go back to university or school. We’ve got this xx

The notes of my German class. I tested the midliners and am actually really fond of them. I hope you also had a great week so far.
Look what arrived today! I‘m soo happy about my new midliners. Haha, i just love restocking my school supplies and they are so beautiful.

I‘m writing a physics test soon. Gladly just about old themes for a revision, but I‘m still nervous.

lattes and croissants and a quick study sesh at a local cafe
Revising physics, I really don’t like the topic. I am just more into quantum mechanics and astrophysics .
Funfact: I spilled the water all over the paper after I have taken the picture.

i don’t think i have shared the notebook i’m currently using as a daily journal so here it is! also a lil’ tb to last week’s beach trip :) tagging @rylie-studies because i know you love dem ocean :P
My maths notes. I am currently extremely motivated. I don‘t know where that comes from but I won’t complain.
I spent my entire school career afraid of being wrong because I was taught that to make a mistake was embarrassing. Now I’ve discovered that making a mistake just means you are one step closer to the right answer, and everyday I have to work to shake the mindset that a single wrong answer equals failure.

Some late night revisions before the next school start. I’m really anxious currently that I will fail next school year. But always stay motivated...
here are 5 of the big things i’ve learned over the past two years and also recently during exams! i feel like i’ve come so far as a student in terms of studying, work ethic and self-discipline, so i wanted to share all the important tips i learned and will definitely re-use in the coming years :)
1: the best way to find your preferred study method is through trial and error
if you are given the chance of taking an end of unit/topic test that doesn’t count towards your final grade, use it to test out revision techniques and find out which one is best for you! throughout all of year 10 i tried different things for every test i had from simply notes to mind maps to flashcards and to summary sheets in the attempt to find the perfect study method for me. doing this early on in your course where smaller tests don’t really matter is the perfect opportunity for taking risks; this is why it’s called trial and error. some techniques won’t work for you, and you might get a bad grade, but that is how you learn! then, when you get exams that really matter, you’ll know exactly what to do to achieve that dream grade. (although, i understand that in some countries every test counts to your final grade- a work around for this would be to give yourself a mock test deadline if you really want to find out which study method suits you best)
