These days I'm trying to focus on eating nourishing, healthy food and exercising regularly. I always feel better when I do those things. I'm running a 5k race this weekend with my bf and 2 of my friends, and it's going to be so much fun! :)

frosty pinks & earth tones, cozy sweaters & knee-high socks, embroidered backpacks, sipping on hot tea & coffee while walking around campus, lighting pumpkin-scented candles while studying, mitski & fiona apple, watching comfort shows while wrapped in blankets, long pajama sets, heart-shaped lockets, fuzzy robes & sugar-scented moisturizers, eating warm baked cookies while watching lectures, wool socks, wearing a puffer jacket & leg warmers on the way to the gym, popcorn & hot cocoa in the evenings
