Story time - so I'm working on shifting my art skills from paper to digital and I'm having a heck of a time with it, having only gimp and an old surface to work with until I can afford some better tools. Something I've been wanting to do for a really long time is do a world building project, and post regular cartoon strips on my art instagram. What better way to do that than to combine the two, right? So, this project will be based on very real excerpts from my childhood with my best friend and our long days running wild in 7 acres of forest with nothing but a rope swing, a bunch of sticks and our imagination to keep us entertained! I put a tentative Orchard logo at the bottom of the page, and a tentative artist's logo/signature at the bottom left. I've already started putting this on the bottom of some of my artwork.
