Note from Anon: I have a serious wheat allergy, and following a 100% wheat-free diet is very frustrating for me, and a lot of people say it's their worst nightmare. But I might actually feel more frustrated if I had to cut out soy because it's so common in prepared foods, or fish because it's a staple protein in my culture, etc. Which made me wonder how most people think of it.
