Worked my first AM shift on Thrive, got SO much done! Organized all the cabinets and drawers at work, decluttered, threw away junk, and stayed focused all day! Was cheerful helping customers and felt really great.

I felt like superwoman on day three, we got most of our stuff moved to the new place in 3 hours. I was carrying boxes non stop without getting winded or losing interest. Thrive is awesome!

20 minutes after I woke up and did my 3 Thrive steps I folded ALL my boyfriends clothes, organized them into baskets, and boxed them up to move. Its only been 1.5 hrs since I woke up. Im not dreading tasks and chores anymore. 

Stop feeling groggy & grouchy every morning, feel happy to start another day! Its weird how it works, but I’m telling you, it does. Yesterday at work I was more focused, not scatterbrain Jane like usual, and drank a ton more water than I normally do. And no energy crash! Check it out and let me know if you have any questions. 

Instead of junk food, last night I ate carrots with spinach dip. When I was tired I went to sleep instead of trying to stay up for one more episode of tv. Slept very well and woke up at 10:10 ready for my Thrive! Yes I sleep in, I work until midnight. 

Still feeling energized without coffee & no headache. Already meal prepped and cleaned; excited to head to work!

Coffee is the reason I get out of bed.. so naturally I thought giving it up would be a challenge. NAH! I’ve been up for hours now with no coffee, no grouchiness, and I feel great.
