So during my year offline I did some commissions. I'm happy to share this one.

I love having my mermaid wandering through under water forests

I'm obsessed with those sleeve fins

Curvy mermaids also need some love

One of my favourite things to do is read a book

I like the concept of more celestial/godlike mermaids

I'm very happy how this mermay went and especially considering I've been offline for a year. I plan to continue with mermaid sketches for another week and after that I'll be back to posting every Wednesday and Sunday.

Mermay is almost over trying my best to finish one more painting. But finishing paintings is still difficult for me.

I was like fins yes please. Now they don't completely make sense. The solution probably is more flowy fins.

Decided to make my master study mermaid themed. Curious if you can see which painting I used as reference/inspiration

Love this design I would need to work a bit on the proportions. But I'd love to play a bit more with the betafish mermaid concept
