hoe tips đ đ
⢠if you have sensitive skin, avoid foaming cleansers that act as astringets!! lemon and witch hazel cleansers are going to tear your shit up and leave your skin thinner and fucked. go with aloe and natural ingredients for better results, no problemo bih đ
⢠that drink 8 cups or 64oz donât work for me. makes a bitch too damn full!! work your way from soda and sugary drinks like juice and take it step by step. but letâs be honest, everyone drinks it, so donât beat yourself up about it, drink what you want. if you aim to decrease the amount of soda/juice, always go back to the basics: a big olâ cup of water. consume the amount of water that goes hand in hand with your weight, not just out of the blue 5-6 cups. a good alternative is putting fruit in your water if you donât like the taste. or, you can always flavor it! đ
⢠donât go too all out on those lip scrubs! if you do it too often, such as four times a week, your lips are going to get drier, crustier, and feel stripped and thin. weâve all been there! exfoliate 1-2x a week to avoid this. however, chapstick does the job too đ
⢠mix avocado oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, and aloe vera gel and dilute the oils with water and pour it into a spray bottle. this is crucial as a detangler and a boost to the hair. makes it all soft and shit đ unfortunately, itâs a bit pricey, so you can always look for sales or discounts online!
⢠rose hip oil softens lips đ
⢠lips are what everybody looks at. do you want them looking chapped asf?! invest in a lip mask. slather on organic manuka honey that is unrefined for 10 minutes, and then wash off with warm water or a washclothđ
⢠dandelion root tea is a good substitute for coffee, but coffeeâs good too, so just indulge in both!â
⢠most of us stay up long into the mornings, which probably makes us wake up with dark circles and eye bags. donât fret! to nix puffiness, dampen a washcloth with ice cold water and leave it on your eyes and under them for 3-5 minutes. if this is in morning, it can also help you wake up! if youâre looking to treat yourself, invest in some eye patches! đź
⢠rose water is a GREAT toner! once you dab it on your face with a cotton ball, you immediately feel refreshed and ready to start your day đŞ teddie organics has a mist on sale for $10.88! itâs on amazon.
⢠applying sunscreen is essential to protect your skin from those nasty uv rays. but some forget their hair! if you get a sunburn on your scalp, it will hurt like HELL đĽuse spray sunscreen specialized for hair and slightly mist your hairline to avoid it. use a heat protectant like argan oil if you a broke hoe like me đŻ stack up!
on another note, donât trust hair products with supposed uv filters. those only protect your hair color, not your actual hair!
⢠washing your hair, itâs better to wash it first with hot/warm water and then do the second wash with cold water to close up and seal moisture into the hair follicles! 4c hair especially needs this đą
⢠hair products with OIL, PLASTICIZERS, and SILICONES will definitely clog your pores if they get on your skin and will leave your ass at square 1!! avoid that.
⢠yogurt and miso soup are probiotics that help fasten metabolism and hold moisture in your skin! đ thatâs why yogurt face masks are bomb and every person should try them :)
⢠if you live in new york, atlanta, etc., you are bound to pollution. thatâs why itâs always good to wash your face before bed to get rid of pollutant particles that will clog pores. afterwards, apply an antioxidant serum and a good moisturizer! lean towards products with white tea, green tea, and vitamin c to make the ultimate pore-cleansing mask! itâll leave your skin feeling clean and make it glow đđ
⢠deep condition your hair 1-2 times a week or every two weeks!! itâs intense and has your hair feeling silky smooth. avocado, mayo, honey, sweet almond oil, and coconut oil mixture is my go-to, and my curls have blossomed! if you buy a deep conditioner from the store, make sure itâs water based and is sulfate free and paraben free (shea moisture and as i am are superb for beard cleansers as well!)đ¸đ
⢠go barefaced. prove to misogynistic assholes that makeup does not define a personâs beauty or attractiveness nor their personality. embrace your flaws and remain imperfect to society, because you are the one who knows that you are perfect đđđ
⢠be yourself, work hard, and recognize your fucking worth đđđ
⢠btw, honey ainât shit if itâs not organic and raw. coconut oil ainât shit for the hair or skin if itâs not unrefined, organic, and virgin (extra virgin is even better)! essential oil like tea tree oil that helps as acne treatments are skin-thinners if you donât dilute them with water or a different substance. rose water ainât shit if itâs not organic and 100% pure đđ˘ invest in your skincare/lifestyle! go online and dig for the right prices and take them before theyâre all gone!
happy hoeing!
Person Asks Online For Advice On How To Deal With Grief. This Reply Is Incredible.
Self Care is one of the most important things there is. Taking care of yourself should come before everything including school, studying, hobbies and other commitments. There are infinite ways to take care of yourself but Iâm going to talk about different ways to make yourself feel better when youâre stressed, tired, or just generally overwhelmed or unmotivated.
Clean/de-clutter even a small section of your room. It seems like a chore but a clean space makes you feel so much better
Take a shower/a bubble bath
Go for a walk - even inside if you donât want to face the outside world
Take a nap. If youâre feeling overwhelmed, sometimes a nap can really help to clear your head.
Make your bed. It just makes everything look tidier
Do at least one small task. If you have a ton to do, do one small, simple thing such as reply to an e-mail. This usually motivates me to do more when I complete a tiny thing.
Play with a pet. Pets are stress relievers and a lot of the time their energy and positivity rubs off on us
Paint your nails.
Eat something nourishing. IF you donât eat or eat junk food, you will only feel worse.
Drink some water
Write. Either write down your feelings/thoughts, make up a story or just write.
Plan. Having a plan can make things seem more organised and make you realise that it is possible.
Listen to some happy tunes.Â
Create an uplifting playlist. Fill it with motivation and dance tunes and just fun songs to get you going.
Have a dance party in your room. Stick on some of those happy tunes and just let go.
Netflix/movie marathon. Grab some popcorn and let yourself watch some stuff to take your mind off of things.
Stretch. I donât know if this is because Iâm a dancer or not, but I love to have a good stretch when I feel bad.
Go outside and cloud watch.
Burn a candle. A nice smelling candle can really relax you.
Create something. Whether you draw, paint, craft, build, just make something.
Make a list of all the things youâre grateful for or nice things that have happened.
Hug someone. Hugs are instant mood lifters and stress relievers.
Make a mug of tea. This always instantly calms me and it also hydrates you.
Take your medication. If you take any, then make sure you take it. You will feel better.
Put on comfy clothes.Â
Read a nice book. Preferably one that has nothing to do with your studying or work.

Stress Relief Techniques and Ideas:
Exams are coming up and we all know how stressful they are so I decided to spread some tips for dealing with it and looking after yourself.
Avoid unhealthy habits. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine. Swap these for water, herbal teas, or diluted fruit juices.
Indulge in physical activity. Stress is often related to the release of hormones for the âfight or flightâ system. Modern stressors are rarely solved using the fight or flight response but by engaging in some physical activity you can metabolise the excess hormones and start to feel better.
Get some sleep. A lack of sleep is a significant cause of stress, so itâs important to try to get some sleep. Stress can interfere with sleep and make the situation worse. Make sure that your room is dark and quiet. Try to stay away from tablets, computers, and televisions before going to bed. Make sure that youâre comfortable in your clothes and that your room is the ideal temperature for you.
Donât Worry, Be Happy. Try not to worry so much, often easier said than done. Sometimes you can distract your mind from worry by engaging in other activities to keep you busy. Even just smiling can lift your mood, and release tension. Do something that will make you laugh, such as watching a comedy show or going out with a friend.Â
Have Realistic Expectations. Everybody has strengths and weaknesses. Learn to use your strengths and accept your weaknesses. Â If you do set yourself unrealistic goals, youâll become disappointed when you donât achieve it and it can make you feel worse.Â
Donât live in the Past. Learning from past mistakes is important. Â Holding onto past mistakes and letting them dominate the present is stressful. Â Live life in the present.Â
Learn to Say âNoâ. Donât let people push you to exhaustion and donât overstretch yourself. Â Learn to say ânoâ when you feel you do not have the capacity to do something as well as you would like. Â Donât feel obliged to do something just because you have been asked to do it.Â
Have some me time. Itâs important to spend time looking after yourself and doing the things that you enjoy. Even if this is just spending a night in and watching a film.
Organise your time. Work out what time of day is your most active and attend to difficult tasks at this time. Make a list of everything that you have to do and rank them in order of importance and urgency. Try not to do too much at once.
Exercise your mind. Stress can be caused by boredom or under-stimulation. Learn a new skill or take up a new hobby.
Be Positive and appreciate even the small accomplishments. Look for the positives in life. You think you look cute today? Hella. You did some washing up? Brilliant. You made lunch? Great.
Help Other People. Engage in some voluntary or community work. If you donât have the time to volunteer try doing a good deed or a favour every day.Â
Talk to someone. Get everything out and youâll be able to consider your problems from a new light. Plus the person that youâre talking to might be able to offer some advice or insight into your problems. You can talk to your family, your friends, a school counselor, a psychologist, a psychiatrist, or a religious figure.
Keep a stress diary. Note when you feel stressed and see if anything is a consistent trigger of stress for you. Give each episode a stress rating. Over time you can compare your stress ratings and see if you are getting better or worse. If you find a trigger then you can start to deal with why it triggers you. You could consider: issues that come up regularly, and that you worry about, for example attending an appointment, one-off events that are on your mind a lot, such as taking an exam, and ongoing stressful events, like being a carer. Do what you can to minimise these stressors or reduce the amount of stress that they cause.Â
See your doctor. Depending on  the severity of the stress that youâre experiencing and the kind of impact that itâs having on your life, your doctor might prescribe some medications to deal with the symptoms of your stress.
Learn how to relax:
Make yourself comfortable. Wear loose clothes, and ensure that youâre at a comfortable temperature. Lie down and relax your muscles. If you need to, use pillows and blankets to adjust your position so that youâre comfortable.
Breathe deeply and try to let your mind go blank. Let go of any worries. Relax your arms and legs. Unclench your teeth and close your eyes.
Work around your body, muscle by muscle doing the following. Clench the muscle for a few seconds and then relax completely. Repeat. Feel the muscle warm. Repeat this for each muscle, working from the bottom to the top.
After youâve finished the exercises spend 10-15 minutes lying down and resting.
If you donât want to lie down to relax, there is an alternative that involves standing up. While standing let your arms hang naturally at your sides. Push yourself up onto your tiptoes. Hold the position and count to five. Breathe out and slowly return to your normal standing position. Repeat 3-5 times.
12 ways to reduce stress with music. Includes tips like:
âTry waking to a familiar piece of music that eases you into the day.â
âSinging is one of the best ways to shift the vibrations of our thoughts and the very cells of our body, helping slow and regulate breathing and promote relaxation.â
âActive Listeningâ engages more areas of the human brain and resonates more deeply in the cells of our bodies. This makes it a more powerful process for transforming our thoughts and emotions.Â
Relax through Breathing:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Sit comfortably with your back straight. Put one hand on your chest and the other on your stomach.
Breathe in through your nose. The hand on your stomach should rise.
Exhale through your mouth. The hand on your stomach should move in as you exhale, but your other hand should move very little.
Continue to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Try to inhale enough so that your lower abdomen rises and falls. Count slowly as you exhale.
Body Scan Relaxation: Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Lie on your back, legs uncrossed, arms relaxed at your sides, eyes open or closed. Focus on your breathing, allowing your stomach to rise as you inhale and fall as you exhale.   Â
Turn your focus to the toes of your right foot. Notice any sensations you feel while continuing to also focus on your breathing. Imagine each deep breath flowing to your toes. Remain focused on this area for one to two minutes.     Â
Move your focus to the sole of your right foot. Tune in to any sensations you feel in that part of your body and imagine each breath flowing from the sole of your foot. After one or two minutes, move your focus to your right ankle and repeat.
Move through each part of your body, paying attention to any area of the body that causes you pain or discomfort.  Â
When you reach the very top of your head, let your breath reach out beyond your body and imagine yourself hovering above yourself.    Â
After completing the body scan, relax. Then open your eyes slowly. Take a moment to stretch.

How To Get The Softest Skin Heâs Ever Felt + Hoe Bath & Body Care Routine
I get compliments on my skin all the time. ALL. THE. TIME. Clients are constantly telling me that I have the softest skin theyâve ever felt, I have perfect skin, that they love touching me because I feel so smooth and soft. They even put it in my reviews! Itâs something that Iâm becoming known for. So, I thought I would share with you how I get and keep my skin so soft!Â
Keep in mind that these are just the products that I use. I like Lush and Kiehlâs because I have very sensitive skin and Iâm not allergic to their products. They donât break me out plus they give the results I want! I believe you get what you pay for, and when your living requires you to be at your best for every appointmentâŚyou need to invest in the best products.Â
In the Bath
First up, I usually take baths instead of showers. Iâve always preferred it but you can use this routine for either method.Â
First, I use Lushâs Rub Rub Rub scrub to exfoliate from head to toe, with the exception of where I feel I have cellulite (butt, where my thighs meet my butt and the outer tops of my thighs). This scrub has moisturizers in it and smells great! If Iâm in a hurry to get ready for an appointment, I will use this and skip the rest of the steps in the bath because it does have some moisturizers in it! Exfoliation is super important and I exfoliate 2-3 times per week to keep my skin super soft. That means going through lots of shower scrubs, but thatâs okay. Skin care is an investment and itâs worth it.Â
Next I use Lushâs Sugar Scrub on the areas where I feel I have cellulite. This scrub helps to reduce the appearance of cellulite and it actually works! The caffeine in the scrub helps plump your skin to even out lines and dimples. It comes in a bar BUT I put mine in a tub. When I get an order of them in, I unwrap all of them, get them a little wet in the sink and then crumble them into a container with a lid on it. If you donât put it in a container, the ingredients will rinse out of it and leave you with a pile of sugar in a soupy mess.Â
I use the Sugar Scrub and scrub HARD in a circular motion on my butt and thighs. I exfoliate within an inch of my life. I do not play around when it comes to scrubbing. Sometimes it burns when I sit back down in the water. Thatâs just how I roll.Â
After I rinse off the scrubs, I reach for Lushâs Dreamwash. Itâs a creamy, soothing shower smoothie that has a pretty neutral scent and is calming to the skin.Â
Following the Dreamwash I rub Lushâs Snow Fairy body conditioner all over my body. I also like Roâs Argan body conditioner but I feel that the Snow Fairy leaves less residue. With the Roâs Argan I feel like I have a thick layer of film on my skin after I rinse it off. With the Snow Fairy, the filmy feeling is much less and it doesnât feel sticky at all. Itâs a little bit redundant with the Dreamwash, but if I had to pick one I would choose a body conditioner over the Dreamwash any day of the week. It leaves a great foundation for your lotion after you get out of the bath!Â
After the Bath
Immediately after getting out of the bath I rub dry with a Turkish Cotton bath towel. If you want to feel like a fucking goddess, invest in some Turkish Cotton towels. They wonât make your skin any softer but youâll feel like the GOT DAMN PRINCESS you are drying off with them.Â
I go straight for the lotion, or body butter if Iâm feeling particularly dry. The products I love the most are Kiehlâs Creme de Corps Lotion (DO NOT GET THE LIGHTWEIGHT VERSION), Kiehlâs Creme de Corps Soy Milk & Honey Whipped Body Butter, and Kiehlâs Superbly Restorative Argan Body Lotion. Sometimes I mix the Creme de Corps Lotion and the Argan Body Lotion together before applying.Â
Be liberal with your lotion. Slather that stuff EVERYWHERE. Yes, everywhere. I even put it on my lady bits for the softest kitty ever (ON, NOT IN). Keep slathering. I put it everywhere but my face. Get flexible and cover every square inch of yourself. You should feel like you may have to wait to dry before getting dressed.Â
I use this routine about 3 times a week and lotion up after every bath/shower (at least once a day, but Iâll lotion between clients too sometimes if Iâm feeling dry).Â
Tips for a Soft Face
Use a Face Oil
No, Iâm not kidding. Even if you have oily skin, there is a face oil for you. I prefer Sunday Rileyâs face oils. I have hormonal acne so I use their U.F.O. oil or their Luna oil at night.Â
Exfoliate
Surprise, surprise right? I use Sunday Rileyâs Good Genes serum every morning. It has lactic acid that works as a chemical exfoliant to remove dead skin and decongest pores. 2-3 times a week I use Tatchaâs Polished Classic Rice Enzyme Powder.

I honestly need someone to be interested in me and how I actually feel, like dude if Iâm smiling and you are my real friend you should know which smiles are fake and which ones are real, if Iâm quiet and not paying attention instead of ignoring me just give me a hug or maybe just a âIâm here for youâ, if you are my friend or somehow care about me, then just show it, donât make me feel like Iâm just a bother who is only worth your time when you are bored.
Do you ever just realize all your friends don't honestly care about you and all of a sudden you feel like an idiot for believing they did and you regret every personal thing you've ever shared with them and all you wanna do is build your wall up even higher so this won't happen again cuz it really sucks
