note: love spells are dangerous and can easily backfire. i strongly advise against targeting a certain person with love magick.
this is a bath ritual for calling forth any kind of love. perform this ritual to bring in self-love + calmness and connect with your body, mind and soul in a loving way!
you can use all fresh ingredients, but if your possibilities are limited, a bath bomb, salt or essential oil will work just as well!
you will need…
🌸 a hot bath
🌸 lavender (bath bomb/fresh petals/essential oil/bath salt)
🌸 peppermint (fresh leaves/essential oil/bath salt)
🌸 pink quartz
optional:
🌸 rose petals
🌸 honey
🌸 etc
the ritual
sit/lay in the bathtub in a comfortable position. feel the pink quartz in your hands. hold it on your chest and feel it beating along with the rhythm of your heartbeat.
chant: “i love myself. i am loved and i am loving.”
feel the warmth of the water caress your body and the peppermint ease your mind. imagine the water being a bright light surrounding you. love is surrounding you.
say: “with the power granted to me, i call upon myself love!”.
return to the first chant. feel the love and light flowing through you, surround you. focus on it as hard as you can - visualisation is the key here. forgive yourself. let go. in this moment and onwards, there is only love and acceptance inside you. keep chanting if you’d like. end your ritual with your favourite body scrub, mask, etc - whatever makes you comfortable in the time, place and skin you’re in 💗 now that you’ve charged your pink quartz with love, carry it with you at all times.
may you find the love you’re looking for!

Spell Jar for Inspiration and Creativity✨
Materials
paper
scissors
markers
yellow and blue acrylic paint
paintbrush + water to clean it
jar
string/twine/ribbon
brown sugar
dried/fresh rosemary
clear quartz
sea shells
Start off by grounding yourself. Create a circle and call upon any spirits/deities.
Personally I invoked elemental spirits with black tourmaline (earth), candle (fire), sea shell (water), and incense (air). I also invoked three ancestors and asked for help with the spell. I gave honey as an offering and a token of my appreciation.
Next, draw the sigil for inspiration in blue, yellow, and dark blue marker; and keep that aside for now.
The Jar
Open the jar and state your intention for each ingredient as you add it.
Add in Brown Sugar, to attract inspiration and creative thoughts.
Rosemary (I used dried), to ward off mental and creative blockages.
Clear quartz for clear, inspired thinking, and to amplify the power of the spell.
Sea shells (I used two), to let your thoughts flow like the water they are borne from.
And lastly, anoint the sigil with dabs of honey over the center dot, and two circles. Then fold and place it in the jar to attract inspiration.
Seal the jar however you wish. I simply closed it and tied a string around it.
Paint a stripe on one side with yellow paint (for inspiration) and another on the opposite side in blue (for creativity).
And you're done! Keep it at your door/window to invite inspiration, or wherever you feel it's best. I've placed it on my desk.
☆ Good luck to you ☆

My second harvest of lavender this year! Much smaller than the first, but I did the first late so I’m very lucky to even get a second one! 🌿🍀
These herbs were collected from my on campus community garden. I found this fucking awesome branch and screwed some picture hanging hooks onto the back. Simply used some twine to hang them. After a few weeks they were completely dry and I plucked, chopped, and ground them up appropriately and placed them in some awesome jars I found. The book I referenced is “Cunningham’s Encyclopedia of Magical Herbs”. It’s quite comprehensive and includes magical properties along with some interesting history on the plants and some tid bits on different utilization.
