Yes, they are still happening. I apologize, that is my mistake. When we first started putting them out, my schedule was very flexible, but two weeks into it my school life got way more involved and I had to prioritize.

Here’s the deal.
For many of our actors, summer break is coming up, giving many of them more time to actually film! So get ready, StreamVaudeville is coming back in full swing soon!
I know a few of the actors had to step out and were subsequently replaced, and I was just wondering how replacements were chosen? Like did you ask your second choice from the audition process, or just find anyone available?
The way I handled it was to ask other auditionees (preferably other members of StreamVaudeville) if they’d be willing to step in. I’d have them record a small “audition” just to see how they adapted to the role, and then bring them on board.

Hi! I don't know if you guys can give advice about Shakespeare but my drama group is doing a Midsummer Night's Dream and I was considering auditioning for Helena. Are there any monologues you would recommend? The directors didn't give suggestions.
Since it’s Shakespeare, look for a classical monologue with a comedic background. A dramedy is also fine. Don’t do anything too modern. You want to show the directors that you are capable of doing lines written in Iambic Pentameter and are capable of understanding what you’re saying.
So, something classical, something like Shakespeare (even from another Billy Shake play), and something comedic or dramedic.
Stay away from overdone classical monologues. Like Romeo and Juliet. Go for something that you don’t think anyone else will do. Something you don’t think you’d ever really do. You may be surprised at what kind of an edge that can give you.

Hi guys, I don't know if you do acting advice but I'm doing Trinity Guildhall examinations (which I basically a performing arts examination thing in England) and for the module I'm doing I have to do a 'Performance sequence incorporating two performance skills.'. The skills I'm showing are acting and singing and so I was wondering if there are any good monologues that seaway into songs. Sorry for wasting you guys' time, I know y'all are busy atm.

There is actually a page on the blog that lists all who is in Stream Vaudeville and what they all do!
Due to unforseen circumstances (you all are probably used to that phrase by now, huh?) the actor playing Courfeyrac unfortunately had to leave the show. Fortunately, Derick Trost has graciously agreed to play the role of Theodore Courfeyrac!

Sorry for all the silence here at FOTABC. This has been a chaotic month for the show. Obviously, we missed our promised release date by a longshot.
But fear not! FOTABC is still happening! We’re not 100% sure when, so we won’t set a date for now, but we will keep you all posted! At this point, not doing the show would basically be admitting defeat.

What happened with you and TVE?
It’s sort of a long story, but after much discussion, it was decided that TVE and SV weren’t a good fit, so we’ve officially gone our separate ways. However, due to TVE and SV sharing several actors and crew members, the two are still friendly, and we still love our friends over at TVE!
