Afternoon Chill with Sunset House

When I had my solo trip in Elyu a week ago, I stayed here at Sunset House. I’m glad I did. The place was inviting and had a solid view of the beach. It was my first time actually to be inside the compound where it is located. So I’m really surprised as to how spaceous and bright the space is. Just the perfect place to chill.

Since I booked on a mid-week, I had the whole space all to myself. Though I never got scared when I slept alone in the building at nighttime. Got the silence that I needed from the chaotic sounds of the city. During my stay I met Lola and Jerik who were so accommodating. We shared loads of stories and instantly formed a solid bond. I’m glad to have met like-minded individuals who are also passionate with what they do. I’m really excited to go back again here. Thanks again, Lola and Jerik!

For more than 10 years, 2 friends thought about having a beach house where there is surf, skate, music and art. With hardwork and patience, year 2020, their dream finally became a reality at the Pentecostal Compound in Brgy Urbiztondo, San Juan, La Union. A little surftown that is vibrant and full of character.
