Just a fan who can barely write

Thank you! Yeah of course I’ll give some prompts I’ve been working on:

Kenny and Lee are a married couple both were high school friends & closeted. Both ended up divorced by their wives and ended up together after Kenny drunk confessed his feelings to Lee.

Kenny’s ex-wife Katjaa divorced Kenny after their son Duck passed away due to an accident. Kenny took it hard and stayed with his at the time friend Lee who had been divorced 2 years prior. Both ended up admitting feelings for eachother after a year of living together and decided to start a family.

Luke was adopted and Kenny first viewed Luke as a Duck 2.0 but eventually learned he was nothing like his dead son. Kenny is close with Luke but the two tend to bump heads as both have ideas that clash over each-other.

Clementine was adopted after her parents passed away on their trip and she was left home with a babysitter. Lee adopted her and she latched on to him quickly. Kenny thought she was a tough kid and Luke was excited to be a big brother took on the whole of “protective big brother” seriously.

AJ was adopted after birth; Rebecca and Alvin were friends with Lee and Kenny but a tragedy where Carver killed Alvin and severely injured Kenny (taking his eye) lead to Rebecca having a difficult birth and dying afterwards. Lee and Kenny were written as the godparents to AJ so they kept their promise to take care of him. AJ did not latch onto Lee or Kenny but rather to Clementine.

Luke is the first adopted son of Lee and Kenny who adopted him when he was 5. His interest in trying to have a fishing business come from his hobby of fishing with Kenny and his admiration for art history from Lee. He debates between getting into the fishing business or becoming a professor like his dad Lee.

Clementine is the only daughter of Kenny and Lee. She lost her parents at a young age and was shy at first when Lee adopted her but soon became very close with her family. Her interest stem in drawing, and soccer. She’s Lee’s favorite (even if he doesn’t admit it) and she tends to act more mature in understanding situations and helping take care of AJ.

AJ is the youngest and baby of the family. He is Kenny’s favorite son (he makes it obvious) and tends to cling himself to Clementine. He likes drawing and wants to be a firefighter when he grows up. He tends to follow Clementine around and with them both attending Ericson’s Academy (a pre-school to 12th grad academy) he tries leaving his class to follow Clementine and even sneaks out to have lunch with her.

Nick lives with them in the basement with Luke as Nick wanted to be with his best friend (who he has feelings for) and try finding work together. Both try finding jobs and end up working at a convenience store which tends to be the local hangout for the Ericson’s teens.

Clementine’s first friend is Sarah who she thinks is nice and is surprised Sarah doesn’t have friends. It isn’t until she hangs out more with her that she realizes Sarah is a sheltered kid and gets bullied. She befriends her and introduces her to a new group she ends up befriending that being; Ruby, Brody, Aasim, Violet and the twins.

Clementine joins the soccer team where she befriends Gabe (who ends up having a crush on her). During this Violet introduces her to her friend group; Marlon, Mitch, Willy, and Louis. Louis instantly crushes on Clementine as she is oblivious to both Gabe and Louis feelings.

AJ constantly getting in trouble for sneaking out of pre-k to find Clementine which leads her to end up having to take him back to his class and lecture him about leaving class.

Luke has an on and off again relationship with Jane which Kenny hates as he thinks Jane is a bad influence and has no respect. Nick wants Jane and Luke to finally be broken up as he wants to be in a relationship with Luke but feels it’s impossible but doesn’t want to ruin Luke’s love life for his own interest.

Kenny is oblivious to Gabe and Louis having a crush on Clementine as he believes they’re “a little gay” while Lee, Luke and AJ pick up quick and find anyway to be protective of her and intimidate the two boys. While Kenny is bi his gaydar is horrible and tends to say “that gay” when seeing anything remotely feminine or non masculine in his eyes while forgetting he’s married to a man and has two bi children (Luke & Clem).

Kenny is currently a stay at home husband after losing his job. He lectures Luke and Nick about being lazy bums who “need to get a job” even when they have a job. He tends to cook and do cleaning around but hates being called a “house husband” and states he’s looking for a job & makes up excuses to why he takes care of the housework/cooking. His specialty is Peaches and Beans which Clem & Luke dislike but AJ loves.

AJ befriends Tenn and Willy who hangout at AJ’s house. Clementine tends to watch them and even offers to give them a ride to get ice cream or slushies. Kenny lends Clementine his truck a lot to her and claims he only trust Clementine in the whole household to drive his truck since she’s a good driver (she’s had 2 accidents and hits almost every curb).

Sarah thinks Clementine is popular and looks up to Clementine a lot even though Clementine is a year younger than her. Sarah’s dad, Carlos thinks Clementine is a bad influence and wants to “corrupt” his little girl. Sarah eventually gains some confidence and her anxiety gets better (still there but not as bad as it used to be) as Clementine helps Sarah out of her shell and lets her make her own decisions.

Working on writing a Modern TWDG AU so here’s my AU & it’s prompts (hope you enjoy):

Lee and Kenny move to West Virginia after Lee gets offered a position with higher pay which helps after Kenny loses his job as a fisherman. They bring they’re 3 adopted kids; Luke (22) dropping out of university came to live with his dads in the basement, Clementine (16) who has a hard time making friends and AJ (5) who is overly attached to Clementine. Nick (23) lives with them in the basement with Luke as both struggle to find/keep jobs together.

Clementine ends up going to Ericson’s Academy where she meets her first friend Sarah; as she continues with school she meets some friends, enemy’s and ‘interesting’ characters along the way. She also ends up meeting Louis (the dorky theater kid) who has a massive crush on her. Lee, Luke and AJ are super protective of her.

AJ learns how to socialize, befriends Tenn and somehow finds a way to always block Clem’s romance life. He’s also Kenny’s favorite child.
