These are the kind of projects that really brings reflection on why I love doing this. To have a client follow you throughout the years I’ve been doing this full time, and contact you asking if you could build a desk for her husband for Christmas with really only measurements needed. This no matter how long I’ve done it, no matter how much I’ve progressed as a carpenter, or done similar projects to it have moments where your not tested within a design. But that challenge of problem solving and using creativity to create something like this desk is immensely fulfilling. I am not rich, I am always dirty, and stress is a common feeling, but I am proud of what I do, and confident of what comes out of my shop.
