would be interesting if the massacre gave kirimi some sort of identity crisis as well. like he basically changed EVERYTHING about himself!!! like he fused aspects of fishes/marine life into his appearance, his entire personality could've possibly changed, and possibility what he wanted in life

while alot of this is typical of somebody who has just gone thru something drastically traumatic, I feel like the whole incident uprooted his life so badly to the point he forgot his own name and his life before the massacre

he became apathetic to the whole thing like he doesnt even care to go back. there is deadass nothing for him to go back to even if he succeeds (in ver 4 postgame hes like "I threw my humanity in that burning pile of trash empire long time ago" smth like that)

maybe his past life is entirely a blur for him and he doesnt recognize his own name due to his spiral into madness
