I know how some of you feel, helpless, depressed, not hopeful, and just thinking that efforts for the truth and facts to be acknowledged and supported just for nothing.

That is learned helplessness, i learned about it today from a video on YouTube. The person who was in the vudeo remined me we lige in the world of short attention spans, algorithms being in everyones life, and ever since social media became mainstream, and how desensitization can make something so heinous be seen as normal.

Such as the Epstein Files, Gaza being destroyed, Iran Vs. Isreal, Trumps wars, child rapist being allowed to be apart of the government, woman’s rights being taken away, black peoples rights being stripped everyday.

We are not angry enough.

If you are thinking about holding protests then just so you know you got that.

We shall prevail against corruption and evil.

If your trying to accomplish anything, wheather that is to be more financially stable, be a better person, lose weight or gain muscles, and or you have to make a tough decision you can do it all.
