I found out my BMFont rendering has been completely wrong for like a decade. The fontfaces exported by the ancient Hiero utility have completely messed up specs so I'm not touching it anymore. SnowB works much better anyway.

Got really carried away with some alcohol markers today.

For now I've ported in a render pass system using deferred commands (to make transparency sorting easier, among other things). The triangle itself is drawn using a dynamic buffer, the gradient in the back is also drawn using it. I've also made sure that sRGB is handled invisibly at the point where color information is passed into OpenGL and no sooner so I don't have to remember to do it.

I got a Tachikawa dip pen and some Kuretake Zig Sumi ink in yesterday and decided to use it to line-out another little spaceship. Perspective is a bit messed up but look how fine those lines can get!

I'm not sure if I'll put much more time into this blobber specifically, but I do really like the format and I will definitely revisit it in the future

This is my favorite screenshot so far. The goal message bugged out because it wasn't checking to see if you've already done it when you step on the target tile. But more importantly: it shows how thieves can remain hidden as long as they one-shot everybody they hit, and it shows multiple mages causing carnage by casting CHAIN LIGHTNING!
