Last week I had 4 x max with 115# and failed after 2. I didn't get upset. I chalked it up as a bad day. Today I came back and tried it again. Busted out 5 in the first set and continued to get over 3 every set. Progress isn't always linear. Everybody has bad days. Keep on working. 💪🏽 #boom #motivated #bodarystrong
