She's here!! She's an exact copy of my 2nd, and very similar to my 1st. They're going to be super cute together.
I had crazy shenanigans during my scheduled induction for IUGR, placental abruption necessitating an emergency c section, but we're all healthy and safe. I'm not a fan of the c section pain though, would much rather have the heaviness between my legs! Also because it implies things about when we can next try, even more risk factors to add on to my growing list, etc etc.

Baby is growing well and everything is going great thank g-d! 12w6d today
Today's feature: our blob at 7+3. It has a little heartbeat and a little brain forming and I saw a tiny arm stub. The sort of balloon shape around the baby is the amniotic sac. I think we're looking at baby's butt or something 😂 Anyway, it's growing at exactly the right size, so I'm very relieved and happy.
I also hope that since we're looking at it from such a strange angle that the baby is implanted in a better spot than my 2yo who was on/next to my cervix.
I'm very happy with this nice progression so far. ❤️🪬 Only 3 more days until I call the clinic with results.
I had an FET cycle starting at the end of January. We decided on natural again and I was worried ovulation would happen over the weekend but in the end my positive OPK was on Friday. So while last cycle was a modified natural with a trigger, this one is only natural with progesterone support.
Ovulation was on 1 Feb, with a transfer of a 5 day 1,2 embryo (same as my 2yo) on 6 Feb.
Update, 5, 6, 7, 8dp5dt
It's crunch time now though, last time 9dp5dt didn't get darker and 10dp5dt was significantly lighter. I can't test tomorrow because it's shabbos but Sunday I'll find out... I may test tomorrow night if I'm worried.

Forgot to update here, that regretfully by 10dpt the line had started fading again and it's been BFNs since about 12dpt. 🤪 Booo. I'm like whatever about it, most of all I'm upset we are paying £2k for the privilege of this sucky experience.

Basically, we had a lot of anxiety about timing for the FET because it might have fallen on the weekend, but my previous cycle cooperated with a 2 day delay in luteal phase. Everything went super well, great lining and body ovulated nicely, fantastic progesterone levels right before the transfer, the embryo defrosted nicely too and was looking good, transfer went without a hitch. I've been testing out the trigger.

2 things
1. We sent Z, our almost-7-yo, to play therapy to see if it would help her stop wetting (she started again at the start of the summer). So far, it seems to work. She's more self confident. However, we can't possibly afford many more sessions at £45 per session so....... Yeah....
2. Had my initial ultrasound and spoke to the RE. Ultrasound went well. So far it looks like the plan is to do a natural FET, with transfer somewhere in October/early November. Should work out okay...

Soooo.... It's officially almost go-time. I had my initial ultrasound today and BH everything looks great. It's cd5 and they saw about 10 follicles on the left and 14 on the right. I'm 36 so that feels like a win, even though we don't really need them for this procedure. Now we wait to see what the protocol will be like. Thursday is my appointment for that.

So sorry for the radio silence. Right at fertile week we all caught a stomach bug, which appears to have delayed my ovulation a lot. Baby S was nursing around the clock, refusing to eat. Not sure about my cycle but we're CD 32 so...
Anyway, my clueless sister announced to me mid December that she's trying to conceive. Wellll turns out she was already several weeks pregnant. What a luxury to be able to go "well we'll see!!" Lol. Also this was cycle #2 for her. Just ughghghgh. I also know my parents will now further abandon my kids, their heretofore only grandkids, for my sister the golden child's kid(s).

I am definitely grateful she got pregnant so easily though, now I won't have to hear any parental "your poor sister!!!" speeches while they berated me for my impatience and lack of appreciation for what I have.

So uhm I think we're on CD 33 today, my nipples hurt like heck which is not great as I'm still breastfeeding my 9 month old. My hormones are all sorts of out of whack. I'm trying to not get my hopes up either. 🙄
