we need to bring back threads with multiple people.

going through cynthia's quotes page on bulbapedia to look for something and i find it notable how often she apologizes for talking for too long.

i think if cynthia were to judge in a contest, what would appeal to her most would be something a bit less abstract than the traditional grading criteria. she likes to see trainers show their knowledge and understanding of the pokemon they're displaying. both in terms of their biology and the culture surrounding them, but especially the latter. she likes when the performance feels like it's telling a story, explaining what the pokemon is, where it came from and how it lives alongside humans.
