Ben is my favorite character ever and I thought I was finally gonna see more of him this season... I was wrong. Also. Love at first sight is such bullshit. I was hoping for a deeper connection between him and Jennifer in the first timeline so their instant attraction makes more sense in this one in a "I feel like I used to know you" way but no. They didn't even have that. They just locked eyes, touched hands, and suddenly they have world ending sex scenes.

things i actually liked about season 4

ben’s arc up until the end; he pulls through for a while before the end and it had potential

jennifer incident plot twist. unexpected and kept me hooked although not done that well

daddy diego! i love his shirts and happy relationship weight (didn’t deserve to be ragged on/ignored during that one fight, i love me some dad bod diego)

diego speaking punjabi and lila’s family overall. as a south asian this brought me so much joy

viktor’s change in confidence! he’s come so far the last two seasons, it’s truly heartwarming

allison’s redemption. half-hearted considering the rest of what happened but still!

we don’t even get to know the twins names. like what a monumental disrespect to the lives they’ve lived for 6 years. tua is a show fundamentally about unloved children. it deserved to end with loved children. diego and allison deserved to break the cycle of abuse. but we don’t even know their names.
