really put this on thinking it would fit. guess i can't wear this out for drinks anymore 😵‍💫

I did end up driving out for Thai food and cheaper gas after work yesterday. It took me too long to make a decision, so I ordered my food as just a regular DoorDash pickup.

And as I was there getting food, it happened...

They were slammed busy. Apparently this was also local high school graduation evening. Oops. So I stood waiting for a good stretch of time, maybe half an hour, before they were even able to make my order. Once a table got cleared, the waitress offered me a chair (knowing I was just there for carry out) and pointed to my belly and said, 'you have the little one, you need to sit' and apologized profusely because they were busy and I had been standing. 😳😅🫣

It was everything I could do to keep a straight face. I did not want to make a scene about it, and I knew that in her mind she was only being polite/ trying to be nice. I didn't correct her. I didn't confirm anything either, but just kept my mouth shut.

After picking up my order, I went to get gas. And snapped a pre-dinner photo in the bathroom. This is how I had looked standing and waiting for my order...

What do you think? Do I really look like I'm pregnant rather than fat?

I ate my spring rolls in the car and then brought the fried rice home, sipping my tea on the way. Once I got home, I very happily ate my rice. And drank about a liter of water afterwards...

One burger wasn't enough, luckily I caught sight of you watching me destroy my snack.
