TERFism thrives cos of casual radfeminism, the casual hatred of men and masculinity gave the TERF movement more power and allowed it to be so prominent. it's always been here, but it's been worse since the (largely liberal) adoption of 'men bad' in feminist spaces. casual radfeminism allows TERFs to get their claws into non-exclusionary radfems far easier and allowing it to get unchecked allows TERFism into your spaces in general far easier

mohammed is a disabled child who was receiving regular physical therapy before the genocide. due to the invasion, his life has been flipped and he is unable to enjoy his childhood or get access to physical therapy.

Before this war, I worked hard to provide a decent life for my family. But now, everything is gone. Our home has turned to rubble, the market where we bought food no longer exists, and my children cry from hunger while I stand helpless. Milk is scarce, diapers have become a luxury we can’t afford, and every meal is a battle for survival.

One night, as my youngest son sobbed from hunger, my wife looked at me with tearful eyes and whispered: "If we could just gather a little money, we could buy them milk and diapers… maybe it would save their lives." That’s why I’m reaching out for help.

Today, I walked through Al-Baraka Street in Deir al-Balah, and just as I took my first steps at the intersection, the roar of an airstrike shook the ground. Fighter jets targeted a group of young men right before my eyes. Between me and death were only a few steps—steps that separated me from becoming a torn body like theirs.

Want your uterus removed? Not without it malfunctioning or years of psychiatric treatment and jumping through hoops (for gender confirmation). Want your breasts reduced/removed? You have to prove that they are causing physical damage or again go through all the hoops for gender confirmation surgery.

Gallbladder, kidney, even appendix they will go to great lengths to keep them functioning before removing. And they will only be removed once they are shown to be malfunctioning and causing health complications.

But if they decide you're "too fat", suddenly they want to cut up parts of your stomach and intestines, or insert random shit to restrict their function. Not because there is anything wrong with the organs, not even because of a genuine medical problem, just because they think you are too fat.
