There is nothing better than being at the gym and seeing a guy with a chubby belly and strong arms doing bench press or tricep extensions that make his tight shirt ride up and display their soft tummy to the world. Having the look of an absolute power house, but he could never reject a cookie or 2 (or the whole tray)
