blog for the Japanese GTA roleplay server STGR, with a focus on mknz(and the police department ig) + torigin (the medics too recently)

missed just about everything that happened in STGR

learnt everything off clips and videos and the wiki and twitter posts, gets things wrong often, don't get mad at me please.

plus i don't watch streams that much(suppose they do happen around the time i could watch them), i like vods better

when chief wesker said a little loudly that nazupi and nel were quitting the police(to become gangsters), momomi overheard and ran to nazupi and the group, telling nazupi to stay over tears, but when nel asked what about her, momomi was like, “well i expected the gorilla to leave eventually”

very classy of momomi to prioritize the fellow children on the server, and pull out an old(2022) joke only otsubone like momomi and nel would know

and then immediately after, haku natsume, one of the famous defects from the police, now in the police for spd, went up to nel and had the audacity to say "don't leave, nel, you know better than anyone the pain of those left behind" and nel was like "THAT'S FOR YOU TO SAY?"

one day hina was hanging out with nyanko as he does his mechanic thing, and she prepares her car for the territory battle (shimatori) later that day, she hears from nyanko of a customer coming to prepare their car for the territory battle as well (criminal because nyanko is a kuro mechanic(illegal mechanic)). while nyanko works turning his back to the door, hina watches over the entrance with a gun in her hand to prepare for whatever danger awaits them.

a car rolls in, runs over hina as it's parking. hina shouts in anger, and the customer goes "my bad, i didn't see you, you must be bugged" in the oh so familiar voice of mikoda(even though he clearly avoided running into her as he entered)

and then mikoda gets out of the car and hina gives him a good punch in the face, and makes him injured (status in stgr, needs medical treatment not ifaks). hina goes "i suddenly remember my sister," and laughs with nyanko about the reason hana left. mikoda "ok then i'll take a nap"(wake up as hana)

torigin is like:

heli-A(pretty high ranked in them races even if people don't associate him with helis)

car-A (one of the best drivers in the police, but not famously good like tetsuo, torigin, admiguez han, etc)

heli-A (his bakusan time actually beats nazupi's, he's also been the heli guy since late 2023)

car-A (again this is more consistency, he's been doing well with driving the patrol car in ground battles as a police, not necessarily good at racing or anything, plus i don't watch him enough to have an accurate assessment)

gun-A (again pretty solid because of history in the police, not exceptionally good or anything)

these are kinda based on vibes, if i'd do this seriously, i'd make it more detailed, like adding a bike category, heli thermal, heli attack(there's also a distinction between blade and legs attack), car attack is in a way different from just racing, maybe a boat category but that's too inconsistent i think, airplane because it's controls are different from a heli's, but also not everyone uses them on a daily basis

speaking of which, among the heli skills, the medics are generally best with heli piloting, racing and control; the police are mainly gonna be good at thermals(doesn't necesarily require high speed and control) and attacks; criminals are gonna be best at attacks, because that's more important, whilst thermals is an optional thing

when i first did my research on kolupen, a lot of the material i watched were his minecraft videos. reason being, i didn't know the people in the medics really well at the time, i wasn't really interested in torigin the character, as opposed to kolupen the ramin guy that shares roots with mikoda and runaria. and so, even though i technically saw torigin first, because i spent so much time getting to know kolupen the minecraft penguin before torigin the stgr character, i'm a little bit more fond of the penguin

there's nothing wrong with torigin the character. there's really no reason i should like one more than the other; but in a way, packing all the personality and expression of kolupen into a pixelated, blocky penguin whose movements reflect pretty precisely kolupen's control irl is to me more kolupen than the 185cm tall blond curly haired sunglasses rich guy. maybe since he probably spent more time playing minecraft; maybe because there's something silly about a penguin with human proportions, whose facial expressions are either messed up or blank-looking into the void; maybe being naughty in minecraft doesn't have the same consequences as in stgr; maybe i just like minecraft more as a game than gta

pretty recently i watched this minecraft video of kolupen exploring a modded structure with the medics team in survival, and everyone was decked out with gear(iron) and only kolupen was naked. because he was so defenseless, he kept running around lighting up spawners and then immediately pillaring up to not die, and he had to rely on everyone else to kill the mobs for him, and it's cute to see the penguin not be invincible for once

also in stgr, torigin is a human to a family of birds, so it's kind of in character for him to be so adept at traveling in all sorts of vehicles, especially helis and planes, the ones that mimic the travel of his family(kinda make up for the part that he can't fly like an actual bird). similarly but not really, kolupen is a penguin in minecraft, a bird that cannot fly, but if he puts on elytras then he suddenly has wings that he can use to fly, and he'd keep the elytras on even if he took all his armor off

so cute little penguin that likes to fly, regardless if he's a penguin or a bird, or neither

i got him confused with fumitsuki kanae a few times before watching torigin's pov, and after watching torigin's pov i'm still like who the fuck is this guy.

i'm guessing he doesn't interact with torigin much, despite both being medics and racers, and like pachio, despite him being very active, i seem to learn nothing about him while watching (torigin's/nazupi's) pov

like a lot of them don't know about it and she's constantly on the teasing side so i wait for the day they get revenge on her

noby: there ain't none on the state app. first and foremost, the police are off limits. we won't let the medics and police get together

it's funny how against the romance between the medics and the police, noby is, because like how is that a bad choice if you consider the other choices on the server: gangster(majority of the population), mechanic(often times also gangsters and police), private doctors(would clash because both are doctors), none of the above(so rare basically nonexistent)

and also there's literally existing police-medic couples, like boira-mekiira, kimott-that medic girl that doesn't wake up often, nel-hero(yukka yoshida), iroha-saburo(a little bit of an outlier since she's also a medic), and if you really wanna stretch it, koutei and hestia

1 i know i go on and on about how nazupi and torigin, aircraft dealers, and especially torigin because he’s the president of the company, that they’re very rich. and they are, maybe not nazupi but torigin is comparable to that of gang bosses. what i didn’t mention is that, in the same hospital, exists momomi who is the president of the real estate company, whom by near the end of stgr walked around with 11 billion in her pockets

i'm not sure but i expect their customers to be criminals mostly. loans, and debt, are big topics in this town. because it's really easy to live on your earnings in this city, ie. it's hard to get into debt, if you do have some amount of debt, your social status drops a few steps.

scandals coming from debt usually goes: police gambles into no money, borrow money from gangster(big no no), and now has to somehow turn that borrowed money into money they can pay back and live from. that might sound simple but there are very serious police meetings held over big debt holders like that. inu ruri for example is famously corrupt. everything from borrowing money from gangsters, to being unable to pay back, to taking corrupted steps to pay back, are several dominoes fallen that eventually lead to his infamous firing from the force. (another example is buro)

obviously not everyone that needs money would borrow from gangsters, or even BJ loan, which while owned by criminals is technically completely legal in stgr, they could just borrow from rich public servants/white citizens.

the more i watch the medics the more i realize these people gossip like crazy. like, mond goes and annoy the couples he ship, and so does many allin members, but the medics stay calm. they observe and observe. if they act out the couple will run away, so they act very normal about it, and discuss their findings amongst other shippers.

and so i remembered. nazupi's relationship with reria probably spreaded to the medics really fast, but they see mknz a lot too. while it's not yotsuha they usually meet(i see mashiro and momomi the most), they couldn't possibly contain that information from her. to add, in the nakau party in mid december(right before vcrgta2, kinda farewell party for many vcr participants), yotsuha asked nazupi her friends since she joined the police(yotsuha is a long time streamer friend of nazupi and nazupi's only joined for about a month and a half by that point, compared to yotsuha's 1 year). nazupi pointed to mikoda sitting right next to her, "i've been getting along a little bit with this guy," and mikoda immediately went, "what do you mean "a little bit"? gaki?" so that, plus the many instances of mknz coming to the hospital together, it's a little too many hints for the sensitive kapuchu radar of yotsuha's.

in general, mknz is a ship supported mostly by their fellow police colleagues, allin, and a little bit here and there among the remaining gangs, mainly because it's clashing with nazupi's relationship status with reria. a 3rd party such as the medics, as annoying they are with ships amongst themselves or well known, canon, established ships in the server, they can only hope to suspect something is up with mikonazu, unless they get intel from other officers, or they risk misunderstanding and being seen as annoying.

also the way momomi managed to remain shipless(by my standards, among the kapuchu medics family she belong to, not necessarily among the viewers) really shows you how bad nazupi acts as a canonical child. she frequently goes "i love will nyar"(old medic member no longer awake, nonchalant like torigin but not trolling and silly like him); when asked about her love interest she answered van dahmer(lmao); clearly shows her appreciation for rem whenever applicable; and has a trio with torigin and mashiro(this is where my argument falls apart) and yet they leave her be when being annoying with the romantic relationships of the medics

like yotsuha has osamu herself, inochida has his wife(that he married and then divorced apparently), kagemaru(i actually don't know this one lmao), yutanpo (i think i saw somewhere that she got along with a criminal or something, maybe it was bakaja), noby is married irl, mekiira with boira, iroha with saburo, etc

the rest of them aside, the popular boys of the stgr medics, torigin and mashiro are definitely targets of the shippers. mashiro probably has a lot of suitors, he has one canonical interest himself(amano purako), but being such a popular choice, it's probably hard for the medics to tease. torino gin is a shy man despite how he acts with his family(the medics), so just like what momomi says, despite how high his stats maybe, he has like no chance of getting a girlfriend(or romantic partner). but of course if not with-out the hospital, then the shippers will find something within the hospital, so the one ship torigin is dragged into against his will is with momoa ^^;

one other time he played around w emotes and kinda hid in a trash can with his hands poking out on the rim while helan and amakusa(i think) talked

this time he was standing w his hands up, being adomiguez han’s hostage, and again with emotes he made only his legs dance, so it looked like he was dancing while putting his hands up as a hostage

the funniest part of this is the souls of her other siblings include: herself, kagemaru, yanmi(player of peti), and fucking light starboy
