Today's Walk

So today I walked 1.25 miles and yesterday I walked only half a mile. Tomorrow I don't have to work so I think I'm going for two miles or 45 minutes.

I'm having more problems with my diet than with the exercise. I don't know if it's because I'm addicted to fatty foods or if it's because I feel like food triggers are everywhere.

Working out at 60

So yesterday my daughter joined Planet Fitness with me. I went to the doctor this last week and she said I have to lose the extra weight; because I'm having so many problems.

Not just the fibromyalgia, but I'm out of breath just doing simple things now.

So part of The Trek is documenting my (hopeful) Return to Health.

We'll see.
