Have you ever had such a bad day that you literally just break down and start crying in the car on the way to studying at a coffee shop? Yea me neither.

Every pushup I do makes me regret ever making bad life choices about my body.

I think I've come to terms with the fact that it's going to take more than twelve weeks for me to change my body when I've been treating it badly my whole life. And I think that may be a good thing.

all i can think about is how I want to get out of here. honestly. i've been stressing so much about what to do after college. i really want to go to grad school, but there is also the option of working or..... training. something i'd rather not think about but the future is cutting pretty close and i better make the decision quick. but then deep down i really just want a gap semester to travel. so many places to go. somehow i'm so worried that i'd be behind in everything. if i take a gap semester and training, i'd be in grad school until my early thirties and my professional adult life will start late. but honestly, what's the rush? i'm not meant for the cookie cutter life and if i start a job i'll never get the chance to actually travel. and i really need a breather.

i think i should start blogging again.
