After doing some hip and ankle mobility work, my squats were moving easy. I see why mobility work is necessary. I used to be the guy that would chug a pre workout, walk in the gym and start lifting. How I never got injured is beyond me. If you’re serious about your lifts, you have to take time to make sure you’re good both inside and out of the gym. Stretching, warming up, mobility work is time consuming, but well worth it. . 405lbs was easy money. Focused on really feeling the eccentric portion and not just dropping in the hole with the weight. Might be time to hit some PRs in the near future💪🏽 . .
