Description: The exposure to astral and cosmic power has caused Eevee’s appearance and personality to shift. It becomes wiser and more elegant, but also surprisingly skittish. Without much control of their burgeoning ability to float, Glimmeon can often be seen drifting above the ground without meaning to.

Celesteon  - Cosmic-type Eeveelution

Name: Celesteon Stardust Pokemon Type: Cosmic Size: 3′03″ | 0.2 lbs Ability: Stardust (Physical hits boost Celesteon’s Attack and Speed stats)

Evolves from Eevee while knowing a Cosmic-type move by the Sparkling Meteor

Description: With this Pokemon’s sparkling fur and light weight, many speculate it is a product of the stars themselves. Celesteon’s eyes are filled with its own stars, and its ears can pick on cosmic noises inaudible to human ears. Light enough to float, this Pokemon is fairly shy and quick moving, making it hard to spot in the wild, but a captured Celesteon will trust its trainer with its life. Anecdotal accounts speculate that Celesteon can grant wishes, but scientists have yet to prove this occurrence.
