22/09/19 • 58/100 DAYS OF PRODUCTIVITY // yesterday i felt pretty low energy and blah, but i did publish a blog post with some first impressions of my first week in LA. i also went out for dinner with someone and we met up with some of her friends after, so i’m glad i pushed myself to be a lil more social although ohmygod my social anxiety/anxiety in general is like thru the roof rn. i think being in summer mode/not having a routine really does not help with that so i’m looking forward to classes starting on thursday

I find that the best time to get in touch with people that you haven’t spoken to in a while is to just send them a quick personal email or note once a year, at new years, wishing them a happy new year. Almost everyone celebrates it, it’s politically correct, and if you are lucky it can even rekindle a relationship long dormant, whether its business or pleasure.
