Once the initial relief had worn off, she could feel herself growing more annoyed. âThatâs-â cutting herself off with a sign, she nodded her head once. â-Yeah, okay. Sheâs asleep, though. Living room. If you wake her up, you have to get her back to sleep.â The tone was jovial, but she meant it.
