“Missed you too.” The girl smiled wryly at the other, leaning against the nearest wall. “I bet. Sounds like some kinda heaven there, glad you got to see your family though.”

“You can come with me one time.” She said smiling across at her. “Me too, it was too long since I had seen them.”

“Helps me settle back in. Gotta get used to all this again I guess.” Lux murmured, shrugging as she began to wrap her hands. “How you been?”

She jumped around at the voice. “Lux, I missed you while I was in Attilan.” She said grinning. “I’ve been good. I spent time with my mother and sister.”

“it is my birthday. 22nd one at that. so would you please go be useless somewhere else and let me actually enjoy my drink and the fact that this school hasn’t shipped me off somewhere unlike on my 21st”

“happy birthday! it’s good that you aren’t stuck somewhere else.”

“So…. Let’s say I have a dead body in the trunk. I uh, I have two shovels, but only one of me so what do you say we go on a little road trip?…. Hypothetically.” 

“Hypothetically, I don’t mind going on a road trip but as for the dead body that would be a bit disturbing.” 

oliver’s eyes widened as he looked at the picture, eyebrows shooting up into his forehead. “wow! that’s so cool! you didn’t have to dye your hair to get that color, really?” scrunching his forehead up as he looked at the picture, the brunette rocked back onto his feet and shrugged. “i think you’d look good and i’m an expert at dark hair. trust me.”

“well you don’t look too bad. don’t think a person can transform overnight with a change in hair colour but other than that you don’t look too bad.”
