The real looser is me when I was trying to live a full life on an empty stomach

How do I explain that I wish my chronic illness was terminal

I hate when my disability leaves me disabled

When you’re getting bad again and nearly passing out every day but you don’t have anyone to talk to because you don’t want to be a burden because you don’t want to be the person who’s always struggling

And I will wait by a phone that never rings because what if this time I’m wanted

Do not be ashamed of where you come from or afraid of where you will go

I’ve lost my husband (boyfriend) to war (tech week) he’s on the front line (stage managing)

All roads lead back to the loneliness that sits deep in my chest
