just wanted to say I will keep tagging things with endwalker spoilers cw, even if they are from 6.0, the only exception might be the appearance of certain characters ( mostly because I forget to tag those ) but any actual story beats will be kept tagged probably until 7.0, if not even afterwards due to endwalker being the end of the first massive story arc .

if you see me tag a post, or your post, with seren don’t look cw - dnw you haven’t done anything bad or put anything triggering for sb in the post. seren is my best friend & playing through ARR (2.0+) & has somehow managed to keep herself spoiler free so I am tagging pretty much everything for her, including the ending to ARR & later expansions. as she plays through the story the tag will slowly disappear !

the first time you meet her, you think she seems absolutely brilliant. you barely understand things when she explains them, but it does not matter, because seeing her all excited about her studies makes your heart flutter in a way you thought it could not do any longer.

but first you assume it might simply be appreciation, a slight attraction to a woman as beautiful as y’shtola. those vibrant green eyes look at you and you find yourself entrapped, as if peering into an endless quiet forest.

you quickly find out that underneath her collected facade is a woman who is reckless when it comes to protecting those she loves. reckless... and so terribly yearning for more knowledge.

you however yearn for her to stop giving you heart attacks. how many more times can you cry out her name? grab her hands and beg her to stop scaring you? can she not see that you need her - you and the others -.

you tell her how you want to travel with her and uncover the secrets of this star but you cannot do so if she continues to put herself into harms way.

...gods, kami, whoever - when did you start loving her so?

you often catch yourself watching her now that you live together. you watch her sit by the table, focused on her studies... you notice the little loose strands of hair falling in front of her face and you think to yourself she is the most beautiful being on this earth and across all shards.

“bit smart, ain’t it?” they chuckle a little before watching solus. the way he takes in the sight, the excitement in his eyes and the wonderment ...had they seen him like this before? amaya doubts it, really.  “yeah, it’s peaceful here” there is a tranquility to sharlayan, despite students and scholars hurrying around at times and mumbling something about research that must be hurried. perhaps it even added to it, the fact that there were no soldiers. a book that has yet to be returned to the library seems like such a small thing compared to what others worried over.

it’s false peace, amaya knows that much. peace maintained by sharlayan’s refusal to help the world beyond the sea surrounding their island. but those thoughts are not spoken out, not when solus looks this happy... so instead amaya grins and nods.

“you know for the fact that you guys did not really want to kill me, it sure felt that way” oh they are absolutely not letting the gods off like that. “azeyma burned my boots and you got my tail real good so the least you can do is tell the other gods to be careful with my scales... good scale care is expensive!”
