Ó is just u/ooh

Ś is kinda like a sh sound but soft. Like shi if you would. A hard sh would be written as sz

Ć is the same but with ch (hard is cz)

Ł is w

Ż is.. uhh how do I explain it to an English speaker. Like the j in jam kinda (can also be written as rz)

Ź is zhee
