Here is the new Beasts! (In case peeps missed that)
The first to succumb was Strawberry Crepe Cookie, being a child, xe didn’t have the mental or physical strength to resist the urges the Light of Destruction forced upon him. He soon fell into a blind frenzy, becoming little more than a living nuke. Using her powers to burn cities and empires to the ground, too scared confused and overwhelmed to control zemself. And when it isn’t causing as much property damage and death as possible, they’re damaging their own body.
The second was Tea Knight Cookie. At first, he had managed to stay strong. Keeping himself isolated, and warning anyone who got close about his now volatile power. But as the Soul Jam began to take his ability to speak, cookies listened to his warnings less and less. This began to frustrate him, and combined with the Soul Jam’s effects on his mind, he soon snapped. Attacking any unfortunate soul who comes upon his land. Though he still holds enough sanity to be able to keep himself isolated, his will dwindles every day. And he strikes down anything that moves within his line of sight.
The third to give in was Wind Archer Cookie. Being a guardian, he immediately went to Millennial Tree for help, but already the Soul Jam was affecting him. He kept trying to ask the legendary for help, trying to explain what happened, but his body refused to say what he wanted to say. The Soul Jam kept forcing him to put on an air of casualty. Telling Millennial Tree that everything was fine, and he just got this shiny new accessory from some very nice cookies. Unfortunately, Millennial Tree bought it. And it was only after Wind Archer was alone that his true emotions could show again.
He started to panic, trying desperately to tell someone, anyone about what was happening to him. But he kept being forced to lie. Soon, it all became too much. Residual parts of his identity as Night Raven began to resurface, mixing with the Soul Jam’s power, and re-corrupting him. Transforming him back into a now much more powerful, much more maddened version of Night Raven. Spreading confusion and fear over the land he was meant to protect, with not a single scrap of who he used to be in sight.
The fourth was Dark Choco Cookie. After gaining the Soul Jam, Dark Enchantress had him locked deep underground. As far away from the surface, and from rescue, as possible. Leaving him to stew and panic, trying desperately to escape. But failing each attempt. Over time, it all began to seem pointless. Why bother trying to escape, when he was so easily stopped every time? The former prince began to close himself off, falling back into old, destructive habits. Until one day, he realized he had fallen so far that he lost the ability to feel all emotion. Not that he minded or very much cared. After that happened, he was simply…let go. After that, he wandered around for a spell, bumping into some cookies here and there. They tried to ‘help’ him, but it was utterly pointless. It did give him what he thought was supposed to be frustration when they refused to give up on him, so he quickly began to use his power against any who got close to him. As a way to teach them a lesson.
Finally, was Pomegranate Cookie. The only one who got a Soul Jam of her own free will. At first, she simply viewed it as a power boost! Able to cast spells twice as powerful, and twice as dangerous as before! Her loyalty to Dark Enchantress Cookie remained steadfast. And overall, she found herself facing no negative side effects! …But over time, she felt her body grow weaker. Seemingly mindless, innocuous tasks now became struggles and tests of strength. Her eyelids always feeling heavier and heavier, as she became sluggish and unable to keep herself upright. It became that all she wanted to do was simply lay on the floor, and do nothing. She didn’t like this, of course. And tried very hard not to let herself laze around the castle all day, but those fifteen extra naps became more and more tempting every day. Until one day, she had closed herself off in her room, filling it with a cloud of gas that could make anyone who inhaled it fall into a dreamless sleep. And she hasn’t come out since.
