#and once they decide they do not like you they will only see you through that lense #once got called in for showing “favortism” to my coworker #they had no issue that we were friends outside of work. thats fine. the issue?#she was sick. my clients canceled so I spent like 10 minutes making her some copies of blank paperwork she would need to catch up #stapled them and threw 'em on her desk.#the favortism was that I didn't make anyone ELSE copies. i looked at my boss and told her I would make copies if anyone had asked #or if they had been sick too #i would like to add the friend/coworker in question was technically above me in terms of authority #not below me
