The different races in Ninjago all have different languages that are innately learned at birth, and some have different written systems. Those who are only one race can understand and speak the language, while hybrids might have more trouble, though it varies from person to person
Lloyd, Wu, and garmadon can all understand Oni, but Wu has more trouble speaking it due to the opposition from his dragon side.
Wildfyre can speak dragon, most likely since she is a distant descendant of a dragon (from when she mentioned that she and Riyu were unfazed by the land of eternal sun) and was raised by one
Imperium has its own written system and Sora took a while to fully adapt to ninjargon after the merge
The citizens of Shintaro also have their own language but learn ninjargon as well since itโs considered the โuniversalโ language
Most elder dragons learn to speak ninjargon from their mind, or they simply learn to speak it like Rantu and Egalt
Dragons have a variety sounds they can make but most are already seen in Ninjago, so I have no theories as to what they sound like
Oni are very hoarse and raspy in the s10, and thatโs speaking their native language, so because of this they sound like a mix between the Kiwi Bird, the Cassowary, and the walkers from the World War Z movie (this will apply to Lloyd and Garmadons dragon roars)
The native language for the Skyfolk in Shintaro sound like Loons to the outside
The Serpentine native language sound very wispy and raspy (we hear it in season one when the ninja fight the fangpyre in Snakebite), and any who have been turned or infected by Fangpyre in the past can speak it. The serpentine tribes all have different accents from their time separated in the different tombs, thought these accents have started to fade post season 3.
