This is what is on my work table today. Just got some new leather in and was excited to try it out! This has to be my favorite combo for my peasant purses.

Did you know all our sewn items are done by hand? We use a saddle stitch, which has the thread interlock with each other and makes a strong hold. I hand stitched some heart corner bookmarks today ❤️

It started with a feel of smooth leather under fingertips. It started with fantasy movies with leather armor fueling a passion. It started after years of thinking about how amazing it would be to work with leather and to craft something built to last. Then suddenly, it was happening, and it was extremely satisfying to create something from what once was a flat roll of leather.
