Smiley and Alto

Note: most asks will be answered with drawings on paper, other art is just to help to get an idea of the characters and their designs.

one of the playcares main entertainments! The solar sisters haven't performed for big audiences in years, but their shows are still Smileys favorite!

(I was originally going to draw all three sisters, but rending just one of them took forever so ima just stick with this, also here is the time lapse :3 )

Smiley is actually a dreamfolk! Born and raised in Dreamscape fields!

I didn’t finish drawing Alto so for now he is just a floating head LOL

I want this to be a sort of ask the characters blog, where you figure out lore from things the characters say in response to your asks

Either way in order to do that I need to make sure you know the characters, so that will be what I’m working on till then.

We were given an assignment in art class to make a drawing of a monster but add something to it

Scary monster, angry monster, etc.

And I chose the prompt, “lonely monster”, and boom, Alto was born

(I messed up his arms a bit in this drawing 🥲)

though there is no clues on who it belonged to or where it’s from, but it appears to be a map of the outside.

But more importantly, what do any of the colored areas mean? And why was it left here of all places?

Searching for a friend

Alto sometimes has a hard time finding Smiley, since they look a lot like other people in their family

Before anyone asks, the person with the blond hair is Smiley, the do have a human form they use sometimes, mainly to help Alto find them since their sibling look the same as them.
