"well the stars are rather pretty tonight...I came out to see them myself since the clouds aren't in the way" she explained before pointing a hand to herself. "name's Jasmine Kingsgrove, call me KG or Jas for short, I don't mind..." she introduced.
"pleased to meet you as well, Luna" she said, taking their hand and giving a friendly shake. "you seem quite fond of the stars, do you know some facts about them?" she asked as she let go of Luna's hand.
"Yeah. The stars and celestial bodies have been used by society since, forever. Certain constellations at a time of year can tell a voyager where land and continents are, a farmer whether a season is starting or ending, a leader and general that they should expand land or go to war."
"Awesome, right Jas?" Luna's fingers tap together and wait for Jasmine's reaction.
They look at both sides of the path, wondering at what direction to go for walking.
"yeah, it's really cool. I believe stars are used for wishes too, it's funny how humans tend to make wonder for themselves." she told, curious but not showing much emotion other than that.
"I work at a cafe that's celestial themed, pretty wild huh?" she asked, just to add in for the conversation- she wasn't good at keeping up with small talks.
"Oh really? That's another place for me to visit."
Luna spots a pebble on the ground and lightly kicks it under her feet, remembering the wish making remark.
"You also believe in wish making? It is nice to have the thought of something, someone out there that makes anything true. It helps keep your hopes up."
