You must learn to love without attachment. As much as you may embrace the way in which someone augments your happiness, you must never allow your happiness to be contingent on any one person. To do so is to live in constant fear of loss, thereby robbing yourself of the full extent of happiness available to you in this very moment. Discover that happiness comes from within and you will love with a fuller heart, you will become more present to this moment, and you will cultivate a deeper sense of belonging in your soul. Nobody can save you but yourself.
