outside of mutual respect that duplicates should have for one another, i also expect my partners to respect original headcanons i’ve come up with for our dynamics and to not take my headcanons and spoon feed them to another feyre writer. the reason i have this in my rules at all is because i’ve had horrible situations in the past where mirrors of another canon character i wrote literally took my headcanons, au’s, crossover dynamics, and actual thread plots ( they wrote the exact same things i did ) and it’s legitimately why i still feel a little shaky with dupes, even if i know the people behind them are wonderful. please. all i’m asking for is respect. it’s incredibly disheartening to see my ideas taken and to see those writers get the acknowledgement for something that wasn’t theirs or the plots that i invested in.
