Seriously though, thank you SO much!! This genuinely means a lot to me. I was actually really nervous about making this blog since it's my first time running a roleplay blog of any sort, and there are already so many wonderful Gary interpretations out there that I was worried I wouldn't bring anything new to the table. But the brainworms won, and so here we are.

Like I mentioned in my intro post, I've been roleplaying since I was really little, so over time I've gotten pretty comfortable with longer replies and really digging into characters as much as I can. Gary is honestly the perfect character for that because he is SUCH a yapper. Imo he's the type of guy who has an opinion about everything and will insert himself into absolutely any situation if you give him the opportunity.

I'm also really glad people are enjoying the way I interact with other characters. The dynamics everyone has been bringing to the asks and comment threads have been SO much fun to explore. Gary is the kind of character who brings out wildly different reactions from everyone, and I love seeing how each character chooses to deal with him. Every interaction so far has been an absolute blast and I will definitely try to come up with some things for him to drop into people's asks!

And I'm genuinely so happy people have been enjoying my take on the werewolf headcanon, too! I wasn't expecting it to get as much attention as it has, but I've been having SO much fun weaving it into my interpretation of him even if it's only been by a little so far. I definitely have a lot more ideas for it that I'm eager to explore.

This is getting kinda long but I also just want to say that I'm genuinely so grateful to everyone who has interacted with this blog in any way, whether it's in character, leaving nice comments, or just lurking. Seeing people enjoy my silly little Gary interpretation has been such a pleasant surprise.

The pair team up to snatch Jimmy's trophy during Beach Rumble, share responsibility for hiring the help at Harrington House, and overall are two of the Preps in game with larger roles (speaking roles in cutscenes, major roles in missions etc).

What I find even more interesting is the fact that the pair of them are the two canonically bisexual Preps, and wouldn't be surprised if this fact was at least partially a reason for a close bond. Despite the fact they're both obviously interested and involved in a scandalous affair with Lola (same goes for Tad but he's least relevant in this post), there seems to be a lack of tension or jealousy between the clique members. Their comfortability in sharing the same partner, and the fact that both their canon partners (Jimmy/Lola for Gord & Bryce/Lola for Chad) male and female are come from poorer backgrounds (if we assume Chad knows of Bryce's situation, that is) drives me to headcanon the pair having a close friendship in which they tell each other everything.
