My final cover for the Myriad 2019 book.

This is NOT the final cover. This I experimented with text and playing around with it. It’s just another rough draft I did for fun.

The top two are before being edited by Photoshop. That’s why they look like a mess.

This is a rough draft of my cover graphic. This is not the final result, this is a test to see what works and what doesn’t. I did the blue bell based on the El Camino Bell logo.

For my cover, I am planning on doing a traditional collage. I’ve been drawing out themes and designs for my cover and I am trying to figure out what works best for a collage cover. I want it to be a mosaic like picture against the white background. But that can change depending on the theme that suits best.

I selected my favorite book covers that stood out to me the most. The subject matters and the colors grabbed my attention. I want to do a collage style cover for the Myriad book.
