bored hours, and hell weeks

I want to write an AU where Regulus is forced to kill James (for any reason). He holds him close in his arms, and James is oblivious as Regulus stabs his heart from back. Then he holds his body close to him and listens to his heartbeat that slowly fades away.

regulus, barty, and evan being horrifically codependent on each other is so special to me. regulus knows where they both are 24/7 (barty jokes he put a tracking charm on them both, but no one else really laughs when he says it) and is the first to reach out and grab barty’s hand and point out there’s a new bruise or cut on it. he does memory exercises with evan, too, because he knows evan is afraid of having long term memory issues from how often his father puts him underneath the imperius curse.

Evan and Barty aren't "i can fix him" and they definitely aren't "I'll make him worse". What they really are is "he is already awful, I just want him to unleash it".
