New episodes feel flat because the characters don’t feel connected anymore and they are SEVERELY underusing Emily

They are literally making this sl with will being ‘ill’ more realistic to AJ’s life. Her husband was sick, so they are writing that into JJ’s life. If this happened in AJ’s life (Nate calling her after he found out he was sick), then it’s going to happen in the show.

Also, Spencer is a big boy. He’s not 12.

No one said Spencer was 12. Most people call on their friends in times of stress.

I do like that Garcia has become a more dominant(?) personality and standing up for herself but everyone is v hard. I’m usually against bringing new characters in but we need some weak male energy to balance out all the HBIC women. Contrast will only enhance them, at the moment they’re just a same vibe trying to play off each other and it’s flat.

Yeah mgg is totally making an appearance in the revival. They already said each of the cast members that want to are directing an episode, and I think they let him do one as well in exchange for a cameo appearance.

Him posting about the episodes he directed on the same day the trailer drops after being silent about CM this far is too coincidental. He’s not dumb he knows what he’s doing.

Not to mention the empty chair in the bullpen, and joes video of Reid’s desk with case files open on it.
