In the book, Dorothy changes her outfit at least three times. Of course, I decided to do five because, at least in my view, Dorothy really likes fashion.

Kansas = the first one is when she was in Kansas with her uncle Henry and her aunt Em. In the book, their home is described as very gray, so I followed that with her outfits. Even with the girl's joy, her dress is dull like the place.

trip to Esmeralda = Although the book says that Dorothy wears a blue and white checkered cotton dress and an apron, I personally decided to change it to a long-sleeved blue and white checkered cotton shirt and dark blue trousers with socks. I feel that Dorothy would be more comfortable for her long journey.

Emerald City = when she stays at the palace to see the great and terrible Oz, one of the maids puts her in a green dress with a similar colored apron, and Dorothy combines it with a hat of a similar color (in my headcanon she likes fashion) and the glasses that I forgot to color gold

The witch's castle= When she was taken prisoner by the witch, she was stripped of her luxury clothes and forced to wear old clothes to clean, as a way of humiliating the poor girl.
